What is a Turf Inlay?

Unlike hand-cutting with a utility knife—which can lead to frayed edges and weak seams—our CNC-controlled water jets use a high-pressure stream of water mixed with abrasives to slice through the turf backing with surgical accuracy. This ensures that the “male” and “female” pieces of the design fit together with zero tolerance.
Once these pieces are joined using high-grade outdoor adhesive and specialized seaming tape, they become a monolithic structure.
